Postnatal Personal Training can start soon after birth to help you improve your energy level and recover from the physical changes that arise through pregnancy and birth. Together we will create a fitness program to help your body recuperate more quickly.

Your post-pregnancy workout plan will be individually tailored and will include:

Core exercises to reshape your abdomen and improve abdominal strength
Exercises such as Kegels to strengthen your pelvic floor  
Increasing endurance to help you keep up with your newborn baby and 
Enjoy postpartum life!

Services are mobile. Private sessions can take place in your home. No need to get outside childcare.
