Elisa Menzel in NatureWith over 15 years experience, Elisa helps men and women of all fitness levels on the path to physical health and the benefits it brings, including radiant health, increased energy and mental clarity. Elisa enjoys collaborating with her clients in a fun, relaxed setting, while designing safe and inventive fitness and offering nutritional guidance. Through active coaching, she is an enthusiastic advocate and motivator in helping clients achieve their personal goals. 

Elisa is a graduate of the Physical Therapy and Massage School in Berlin, Germany and is a Certified Personal Trainer. She holds a degree in Nutrition Education at Bauman College, Berkeley, where she specialized in weight-loss coaching. She is also certified in Pilates, Water Exercise and very experienced in Fitness for Seniors. During her Physical Therapy career in Switzerland she acquired additional certifications regarding women’s health, including prenatal exercise, postnatal fitness, osteoporosis and incontinence

Elisa is highly skilled in Therapeutic Massage. In addition to her European training she is certified in Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage by the San Francisco School of Massage, in Prenatal Massage by the McKinnon Body Therapy Center, Oakland, and in Manual Lymph Drainage by the Vodder School of Austria.

Elisa’s background in Physical Therapy qualifies her to safely train post-surgical clients with rehabilitation needs, as well as those with chronic illness. She also enjoys getting beginner and returning exercisers started, easing them into working out and helping them feel healthy. 

Elisa practices Qi Gong and meditation, which creates the perfect combination of her determined can-do attitude and compassion, playfulness, and patience.  She has a passion for the outdoors and has enjoyed all the Bay Area has to offer since 2000. She loves the ocean, spending her spare time stand-up paddle boarding, boogie boarding and enjoying the sunset.


SusanneSusanne is a lifelong fitness and yoga practitioner with over 20 years of teaching experience.

She holds a Master’s Degree in Physical Education and Dance from the German Sports University, Cologne where she trained with world famous teacher Graziela Padilla in the art and method of Elemental Dance and choreography.

This highly sophisticated teaching method prepared her to work mindfully with all ages and degrees of fitness. While living in Hawaii she worked at senior centers and as the fitness director of health education at Straub hospital. Subsequently she directed the Artist in the schools program of the Hawaii State Dance Council bringing creative dance to elementary school children.

Since 2004 she has been a faithful student of Iyengar yoga. This ancient yet scientific approach to movement and health complements her dance training perfectly and has increased her knowledge and awareness of movement and the body in general.

Susanne has been extremely successful in providing fitness training for clients with neck and back issues. By paying attention to the small, important details that often cause discomfort and pain her clients are able to move more freely and find new joy in movement.


SheriSheri is a personal trainer and versatile group- fitness instructor with seven years experience in the fitness industry. She holds certifications from the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM), the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and Maddog Athletics.  She is also a 3-Star Spinning® instructor (the highest level achievable).

As a personal trainer, Sheri conducts indoor and outdoor workouts—either at her clients’ homes or in local outdoor settings. She does personal training at the Mill Valley Community Center (MVCC), as well, where she also teaches Spinning, pre-/post-natal and body-sculpting classes. Prior to her work at the MVCC, she worked for three years at the Mount Tam Racquet Club.

Sheri embodies the benefits of physical fitness and thoroughly enjoys inspiring others to remain strong and vibrant by living active and healthy lives.
